Dr. Schelte Beltman is an organizational anthropologist and has a broad experience in higher education in the area of research methodology and supervising students at the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels. Schelte coordinates research programs within The Hague university of applied sciences, The Marnix university of applied sciences (Penta Nova), and Kingston University, London. The main drive is to make applied research applicable, useful, interesting, and ‘fun’ for both students and staff. He supervised over 750 master's students in areas like culture and leadership, international communications, business, and (risk) management. His own research area is in the field of leadership and organizational culture in relation to performance within institutions for higher education. With a passion for high-quality education and research Schelte participates in various examination boards, assessment- and curriculum committees, and coaches management and executive boards within education.
